BELL INCORPORATED LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Sioux Falls, SD, January 18, 2004 - Bell Incorporated today launched a completely redesigned, brand-new website. Located at www.bell-inc.com, the site provides extensive information about Bell's history of innovation in the packaging industry and its entrepreneurial culture. A password-protected section of the site also gives customers real-time access to information about orders, WIP and inventory.

"We wanted to go beyond the standard website information about company history and products and focus on the things that make us different - our commitment to innovation and our responsive, customer-focused organization," commented Mark Graham, CEO of Bell Incorporated. "We also wanted to give our customers comprehensive Web-based information about their current projects."

Over five months in development, the website also unveils Bell Incorporated's new graphic image and tag line, "The face of packaging innovation."

"For decades, innovation has fueled Bell's growth," explained Ben Graham, Director of Sales and Marketing. "From the first pre-glued, pre-cut bone guard for fresh pork to proprietary technology to streamline the production of overnight envelopes, Bell has been a leading innovator in the packaging industry. But unlike some of our bigger, vertically integrated competitors, we haven't sacrificed flexibility and responsiveness for the sake of growth. There's still a face you know on the end other end of the phone when you call Bell. We think our new tag line captures this point of differentiation perfectly."

Headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Bell Incorporated is one of the 20 largest independently-owned manufacturers of folding cartons in the United States. It is the world's largest producer of overnight envelopes. It also provides comprehensive packaging design, production, shipping and inventory services to a variety industries throughout North America and across the globe. Major customers include Kraft Foods, Kodak, the United States Postal Service, UPS, Tyco, Oscar Meyer, IBP/Tysons and some of the nation's largest fast-food and convenience store chains.
