Packaging Engineering
Graphic Packaging’s packaging design department has complete CAD design capabilities and a dedicated, experienced staff. We own a number of patents for innovative packaging designs and can develop customer packaging to meet the needs of your products and your consumers. Our staff will collaborate with your product development team on new product introductions or work with your operations and packaging engineering group to refine and improve your existing packaging.
Design & Prepress Services
Graphic Packaging has an in-house graphic design department with experienced designers who specialize exclusively in package design and design optimization. Our proprietary workflow tracking system and fully integrated graphics services department will manage integration of your graphics files from pre-flighting to imaging.
Dedicated Customer Service
Our sales and on-site customer service staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each customer has a Customer Account Manager dedicated to their needs. Your account manager becomes an expert in your packaging specifications, your scheduling needs, and your packaging procurement system. We will project, produce, and deliver – becoming an extension of your procurement function.
Inventory Management
Graphic Packaging’s stand-alone distribution center utilizes an automated inventory management system. We provide supplier-managed inventory programs to a number of customers. We also maintain limited-access, TV-monitored holding areas for storing high-value product and promotional packaging.
Supply Chain Management
Graphic Packaging’s production facilities and distribution center are located in the Midwest at the intersection of two major interstate highways. We also have direct access to rail service. We have logistics and transportation specialists on staff, dedicated to best and most cost effective logistics planning. As a result, we can provide efficient staging, storage and shipping to any location in the U.S., Canada or Mexico.
Field Technical Service
The Graphic Packaging Team supports their products at your site with an engineering staff that has decades of experience in packaging equipment and converting. We will work to trouble shoot, optimize, and help you plan your next packaging expansion by providing our team of experts.
